Ajay Saldanha joins Viritech as a Strategic Advisor

Viritech is delighted to announce Ajay Saldanha is to become a Strategic Advisor to the company.

Ajay is an experienced banking and investment professional with over 20 years’ experience in the power, energy & utilities sector. He deals extensively with asset owners, developers and investors in the low-carbon and energy efficiency sector.

Ajay was Partner and Head of Energy M&A at KPMG until 2017 and prior to that he was at Lehman Brothers (& Nomura) from 2001. During his investment banking and advisory tenure, Ajay has led acquisitions and financings of over $60bn related to assets in UK, Europe, Asia & sub-Saharan Africa

Ajay’s experience and deep knowledge of zero-carbon technology and markets will enable him to provide strategic advice to Viritech as the company rolls out its commercial scale-up strategy in 2024.
